The hotel's location is excellent for travelers. The staff was friendly and spoke English fluently. I was given extra time for checkout, and they stored my luggage for an additional hour after that.
Shelves and the floor were dusty and not cleaned well.

the location was good. it was easy to get to transport links.
my room was not cleaned during my four-night stay. i had to ask reception for clean towels, which i found inconvenient, especially at the price i paid. the staff explained that cleaning schedules had been altered, though it was good.
